Credit Cards- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of your shipment date, please follow the instructions listed below. We will do everything within our power to make you happy.

Return/Exchange Policy You may return or exchange an item for any reason within 14 days of your shipment date; however, you will be responsible for all shipping charges if the items being returned are not defective.

A defective product may be exchanged for the same product only. Please keep any manufacturer's materials, instructions, your original packing slip, etc. and follow our return procedures below. Please ensure the item is packaged properly for shipping. We will exchange the product or refund your original purchase price.

In the event that the item has been damaged in transit, return your purchase within 10 days for a prompt exchange.

All returns and exchanges are to be handled by the procedures below. The quality of our products is critical and we appreciate your comments.

Return Procedure
Unsatisfied? Please follow the following steps to assure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit within 14 days of your shipment date.

1. Package your return in the original carton using secure tape.
2. Please contact us at 800-632-1952 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) or you may e-mail us at info@pacificleisure.com.
3. Once submitted, we will contact you via e-mail with your RMA number and the address to return the item. We will only refund actual ground shipping cost on returns due to our error. We do not accept COD's. Items received back without an RMA Number will be refused.
4. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.

The information given to us upon your order will not be released to any other company for any reason. We consider this information private. We use the information only for the purposes of processing your order, and to notify you of special offers or products that maybe of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive promotional email, please notify us with your order.

Your order is processed on a secure server to protect your information from outside parties. Our server uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol for encryption. This means those credit card transactions are secure for those who use Netscape Navigator and Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we do not have the item you ordered, we will contact you regarding alternatives or delay times. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We normally ship UPS. Orders received before 12:00 will usually be shipped within 24 to 48 hours if the item is in stock. Orders received on holidays will usually be process the next business day.
The shipping department is open Monday-Friday 9AM-4PM.
We are CLOSED on weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping time via UPS Ground is approximately 7 to 10 business days. During the HOLIDAYS UPS gets "bogged" down and UPS Ground can take longer during holiday times.
Shipping costs are listed on the page with the item. It will not show up in your shopping cart but you will be charged the cost shown on the animals page.
Shipping charges will be added to all invoices reflecting the manner of shipping requested. . The Average cost per item is $10-$80 depending on size and where it is shipping to UPS Ground). We also ship FEDEX or U.S. Postal Service. These methods are more costly than UPS Ground. Additional charges may apply if shipped via United States Postal Service because the Post Office is more expensive with delivery confirmation and insurance .
Due to size restrictions, we only ship to USA locations. Alaska and Hawaii orders will have to be shipped AIR. Shipping Charges will be added to the order to reflect the shipping method.

Shipping Options
You have two choices for shipping. UPS Ground is the most reasonable and will take any where from 7-10 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). For EXPRESS shipping we generally ship via UPS Third Day and delivery is in AROUND 3 business days.

If you have delivery time questions you can go to www.ups.com calculate what the shipping time will be.

We usually ship from zip code 93433 in Grover Beach California. The exception would be for items that drop ship directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping Exceptions
Due to the large size of most of the animals, we are not able to ship out of the USA. We are also not able to ship LARGE items to a P.O. Box. Please contact us with special circumstances.

If you need something sent to a College dorm or Hospital, please call us at 800-632-1952 as we often need more information to insure that your package will make it to it's destination.
